One-to-one sessions allow for a deep and targeted exploration based on an individual's requirements. This service includes a pre-class communication via phone or email to establish any particular area of focus, a bespoke class and follow up/home practice advice and information. Whatever you need to bring focus to in your life, whether it be physical, emotional, mental or spiritual, this is an opportunity to address it in a supportive and sensitive environment.
