Anna Browne is a Kundalini Yoga and Yin Yoga teacher.
Kundalini Yoga is a set of tools including physical postures and movements (asana), meditation, breathing exercises (pranayam), hand positions (mudra) and chanting (mantra). Through the practice of Kundalini Yoga, we can awaken our creative potential, raise our awareness and deepen our relationship with ourselves and others.
Yin Yoga is a holistic practice that improves our overall wellbeing: physically, mentally, emotionally and energetically. We can support healthy functioning of our physical body through the releasing of tension at the same time as cultivating spaciousness and peace within. Yin Yoga offers us a way of restoring balance as an anti-dote to the yang way in which many of us live.

You can discuss specific things that you would like her to work on, or she will just intuitively go to where the Reiki energy guides her. The session will close with a guided meditation. Jennifer also uses tingshas, Tibetant cymbals, to bring you back to the present moment and she also includes a tarot/oracle card pull.
